This is going to be a fun day! We will begin with a bracelet in the lovely Pheasible weave. Each section resembles a Celtic knot. These sections also make very useful components in designing jewellery, for example using them to connect wrapped lampwork beads,  gemstones or crystals and we will explore this in class. We will move on to the Celtic Mandala after lunch. This is a wonderful component with many uses in bracelet and necklace design, and also makes incredible earrings. We will cover finishing techniques, including the addition of your chosen clasp, with emphasis on strength. Most people will complete their bracelet and two Celtic Mandalas in class.

As clasps are very personal to the wearer, we include a simple sturdy bolt ring clasp with each of our workshops as our gift to you and always have a lovely selection of clasps available for purchase which cater for a variety of needs, preferences and tastes should you wish to personalise your creation.

This workshop includes enough materials to make a sterling silver bracelet up to 7.75 inches in length, and two Celtic Mandalas which are approximately 0.75 inches in diameter. Extra rings will be available to buy.

Previous experience: Some mailling experience would be an advantage but not  absolutely necessary.
