Our chain maille kits contain all the materials you need to complete the project. All you need to add are two pairs of smooth jawed pliers and a surface to work on and you’re good to go! Examples of a suitable surface to work on would be a beading mat, a piece of velvet or a folded linen tea towel.

Each kit has comprehensive step by step instructions in the form of an A5 booklet that are very easy to follow. The instructions include explanatory colour photographs or diagrams where appropriate.

Our kits are packaged in sturdy protective cardboard boxes which are suitable for recycling.

Our range of kits has just been launched. More kits will be added at regular intervals.

As well as the kits we also offer refill packs for each kit. These contain only the materials you need to make the project, and nothing else. And most importantly, they don’t contain any instructions whatsoever. This is so that, having bought the kit with instructions, you never have to pay for the instructions again. Or if you know the weave in question you can buy only the materials. Also, each kit gives full details of the ring sizes included in the kit so you know which rings you need to buy should you want to provide your own components, e.g. clasps or ear wires.
