This versatile weave is a fantastic addition to your chain maille repertoire. It makes a wonderful bracelet or necklace as a stand alone chain, and also works beautifully when mixed with wire wrapped gemstones and beads. Wire wrapping will be covered. Gemstones, sterling silver beads and sterling silver wire will be available for purchase, along with extra rings. This workshop is taught in the context of a chain bracelet.

We will cover finishing techniques, including the addition of your chosen clasp, with emphasis on strength. Most people will complete their bracelet in class.

As clasps are very personal to the wearer, we include a simple sturdy bolt ring clasp with each of our workshops as our gift to you and always have a lovely selection of clasps available for purchase which cater for a variety of needs, preferences and tastes should you wish to personalise your creation.

This workshop includes enough materials to make a sterling silver bracelet up to 8.25 inches in length.

Previous experience: A working knowledge of at least two other weaves is essential.
